Brief Description of Resource:  An assignment and accompanying rubric originally used in an online ENGL&102 (Composition 2) course which requires students to:
1. Select a research topic of their choice.
2. Locate two information sources: one using a library database and one using an internet search engine.
3. Cite, summarize, analyze, and compare various aspects of these two found sources.
4. Compose an essay explaining this comparison and citing sources.
A pre- and post-test is included.
